How does shipping and payment work?

Shipping is currently possible through Czech post office a Mailroom. Preferred method is payment in advance to avoid additional cash on delivery charges.

By prepayment method waiting for payment to arrive on account, once payment is received the order is sent immediately as soon as possible.

When you choose Mailroom the order is sent to the nearest Post Office to your address or you can specify in the notes in the cart to which Post Office you would like to send the order and we will send it there.

The order is usually sent as soon as possible. If your order arrives on a weekday between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, it is possible that it will be shipped the same day. Orders that arrive during the weekend are then shipped on the first business day after the weekend.
